I've stayed at the place with a friend and both of us really liked the apartment. It's very spacious and bright and has all of the essentials. We didn't get to meet Savas, but he and Ahmet were available on Whatsapp to answer any of our questions. The apartment is conveniently located and we didn't have problems getting to it late at night either. It's a good place to stay if you want to hang around Istiklal.

The communication from both Savash and Ahmet was brilliant, they were very understanding when our flight was delayed and made everything so easy for us. 
The building is in a good location, very close to Taksim Square and it was easy for us to get around. 
The studio room itself was nicely decorated and clean however it's important to note that this room is right outside the reception area and can be very noisy. This was especially inconvenient for us the night before our early morning flight when we were attempting to sleep. The TV was on and there were people speaking loudly right beside our door and it was midnight before we managed to get some sleep. Apart from that we had a nice stay at the apartments, thanks Savash and Ahmet.
